Mental Wellness & Stress Management
We are all aware of mind body connection, mental health plays a big role in physical wellbeing, mental wellness is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or Infirmity.
This program is designed to improve the Mental wellness of individual, mental wellness doesn't mean that u have to be depressed or mentally weak, mentally well is much more than the absence of mental illness, its more about realize your own abilities, and the way you handle the stress and challenges of life, for us being mentally well means that your mind is able to think, feel and act in a way that it creates a positive impact on your physical social and environment.
Duration of the program: 3 Months
This program helps you reduce chronic stress levels with aim to reduce adverse symptoms of fatigue, anxiety, irritability, and helps you realize your own abilities, and get to know who you are and what makes you happy, identify your abilities and weakness and on how to build them to be the best version of yourself.
We uses the techniques of traditional healing methods to work on mental wellness part like Yogic Hypnosis (Yog Nindra) , Biofeedback session, Brainwave meditation, Chakra and Aura cleansing etc.
The program consists of Mindfulness consulting every week based on the results physical, mental therapies, nutrition, sports sessions, supplements are prescribed.
