Intestines which is also considered as our second brain, governances mostly all important functions of body. Research has shown that a healthy gut microbiome has many health benefits, not only improvement of digestion, but also these gut bacteria have shown to improve heart health, reduce the risk of colon cancer, and can even improve your sleep pattern and mood by producing feel-good neurotransmitters, like serotonin.
